    The Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics is a comprehensive academic periodical jointly sponsored by Defense Technology Academy of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Limited, Chinese Society of Astronautics, Systems Engineering Society of China, and Beijing Institute of Aerospace Information. It started publication in 1990, and now is published bimonthly. Pursuing both intensiveness and extensiveness, the journal aims to propagate new technology and promote academic exchanges. The journal, keeping abreast with the development trend of systems engineering and electronics worldwide, reports their latest developments and achievements and related research areas, and encourages various academic views. The journal strives to publish high-quality papers reporting original work in both theoretical and practical research results within the journal scope, involving system analysis, system modeling and simulation, military system analysis, aircraft control, C3I, radar, information systems engineering, machine intelligence, artificial neural networks, information acquisition and processing, aerospace electronics, and other topics in all related fields. The main columns include electronics technology, defence electronics technology, systems engineering, control theory and application, software algorithm and simulation, reliability, etc. The journal is abstracted or indexed in Science Citation Index (SCI), Engineering Index (EI), IEEE Xplore, INSPEC, Cambridge Science Abstract (CSA), Chinese Science Citation Database (CSCD), China Science and Technology Core Journals, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wanfang Data Information Site. Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts which disclose significant technical achievements, indicate exploratory developments, or present significant applications in systems engineering and electronics. Manuscripts should be submitted online at http://www.jseepub.com in Word files by our fully Web-enabled manuscript submission and review system, and all manuscripts are reviewed and refereed, those accepted manuscripts for publication are edited for conformance to the journal’s style. Papers should be original and must not be submitted simultaneously to any other journals. Submitted manuscripts, whether or not they are accepted, will not be returned unless otherwise informed.

    《系统工程与电子》是由中国航天科工集团公司国防技术研究院、中国航天学会、中国系统工程学会、北京航天信息学院联合主办的综合性学术期刊。1990年创刊,现为双月刊。学报以传播新技术、促进学术交流为宗旨,既追求集约性,又追求广泛性。该期刊紧跟世界范围内系统工程和电子的发展趋势,报道了系统工程和电子的最新发展、成果和相关研究领域,并鼓励各种学术观点。《努力发表高质量的论文报告原始工作在理论和实践研究结果在《华尔街日报》范围内,包括系统分析、系统建模与仿真、军事系统分析、飞机控制,C3I,雷达、信息系统工程、机器智能、人工神经网络、信息采集和处理、航空电子、和其他所有相关领域的主题。主要栏目包括电子技术、国防电子技术、系统工程、控制理论与应用、软件算法与仿真、可靠性等。《科学引文索引》(SCI)、《工程索引》(EI)、IEEE Xplore、INSPEC、《剑桥科学文摘》(CSA)、《中国科学引文数据库》(CSCD)、《中国科技核心期刊》、《中国国家知识基础设施》(CNKI)、《万方数据信息网》等期刊均收录或摘编。鼓励作者提交揭示重大技术成果、表明探索性进展或在系统工程和电子领域有重大应用的文稿。稿件以Word文档的形式在http://www.jseepub.com网站上提交,由我们完全支持web的稿件提交审核系统对稿件进行审核审核,审核合格的稿件将按照期刊风格进行编辑出版。论文必须是原创的,不能同时提交给其他期刊。提交的稿件,不论是否被接受,除非另有通知,否则不予退回。
